Missed Appointment Policy

Fees for completed appointments are invoiced after each scheduled consultation. There is no charge for appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice, will be billed at 50% of the consultation fee.

Exceptions may be made for an emergency, illness, or other unexpected circumstance. If something comes up, please contact me as soon as possible at info@herbscript.net.
