Schedule an Initial Clinical Consultation

The initial consultation is a focused clinical evaluation. We review your health history and current symptoms, prior treatments, medications and supplements, and relevant test results as needed. The purpose of this appointment is to understand the underlying pattern of what’s happening and determine an appropriate course of care.

The goal of the initial consultation is to evaluate and, when appropriate, initiate prescription-based treatment, typically involving a customized herbal formula prepared through a pharmacy. No prescriptions are issued prior to this appointment.

A $100 deposit is required to reserve your appointment and is applied toward the $225 initial consultation fee. The remaining balance and any herbal prescription costs are billed after the visit. Cancellation terms are summarized below.

Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice receive a full refund of the $100 deposit. Late cancellations or missed appointments may forfeit the deposit. View full cancellation policy
